  Bunch of goof balls working behind the counter. If you want to lighten the mood go get some breakfast or lunch. If you become a regular watch out for a birdie now and again. They use quality ingredients and meats. Some may consider their bagels a little too bread like and not bagel like, I think this is more personal preference though. They are still good bagels. They have good sandwiches too. You're bound to encounter regulars the staff knows in front or behind you in line whenever you go in there. To me that's a good sign of good service and good food.
