  This is one of those 'hole in the wall' hidden gems you could easily miss if you aren't paying attention, but if you never try it you're missing out.
  This place is in a small little strip-mall type location and it's tiny with a sign that doesn't really jump out at you making it kinda hard to see. I lived in Toms River for almost 3 years before I found this place and it's only a few blocks from me. I've driven past it countless times, and due to loving Mexican food, I always notice new places to try, so for it to take me years to find is saying a lot.
  Location aside, this place is pretty small inside and is not very visually appealing. This doesn't bother me at all, I care about food quality and cleanliness. This place may be small and unassuming, but it's very clean and the food is AMAZING. Everything the five of us ordered was very good or excellent. Not a single complaint was had by any of my kids which is nothing short of amazing. Even the deserts were spectacular. I've been there for lunch a few times since and have been happy every time. The service is always great and the food quality is always above average. The only thing I'd say somewhat negative is that it's a little bit pricy. I wouldn't say expensive, because it's absolutely worth the money, it's just pricy.

  Food was DELICIOUS!! We ordered steak and shrimp dinners with tamale on the side and fried cheesecake. Cheesecake was a perfect 10! Only thing I did not like was the way the tamale was cooked and flavored. Other than that this place has good/fast service, clean atmosphere, and great food!
